How the Sweepstakes Works

On each drawing day, a prize and winner will be randomly drawn. ALL current registrants who up until that drawings deadline will be included in that day's drawing as well as all subsequent drawings. The list of attendees will be placed into an automated software program that will randomly select a winner. Each winner will be alerted via email and an annoucement will be made on APTA's official Facebook page. 

Rules & Regulations: 

  • All winners MUST pick up their badge onsite and show ID to collect the prize.
  • Attendees registered prior to the launch of this program will be automatically entered.
  • Prizes cannot be exchangeable for cash or other prizes. 
  • Prizes are nontransferrable. In the event that a winner cannot attend APTA EXPO, the prize will be entered into an onsite drawing at the APTA Media Center. If you are the winner of Park tickets and cannot attend APTA EXPO, you must alert APTA Staff immediately so the tickets can be awarded to another attendee.
  • Anyone who wins a prize will be removed from the drawing moving forward.  
  • Prizes are subject to change at any time based on availability. 
  • Proof of hotel check-in required to claim prizes.
